Excellent coustomer service, professional and friendly. I shopped around, and their products and pricing are the best out there. I bought a washer and dryer and they work really well. Fast delivery and professional hookup service. Can't say enough about BestSmart!

Jalop Lopez is a name you can trust. I woke up Sunday to find my freezer stopped working. I planned to shop 4 estimates, and #3 was a great deal, so I didnt even try the 4th estimate. I didn't like store #1 or #2, but after meeting Jalop, I was sold. He had a great variety (important to this business), and helped me out some with a friendly discount and free delivery, with an "out the door" price.

Pro tip: Bring CASH for a great discount and no credit card fees.

Outstanding store. Jalop is a great guy. He has good prices (discount for cash), quality appliances, and a great variety. I was in a rush with a broken fridge. He had exactly what I needed. I came late in the afternoon, and before my food spoiled, needed a new (or gently used/restored) one ASAP! For a fair, negotiated price, he delivered my choice about 24hrs later. Plus, he took away my broken one, all with great care to my walls and doorways! I wanted to offer them a cold water or beer, but I had nothing cold to drink....then. Now Ive got cold drinks and he can stop by anytime for a drink!

Julio was amazing and very helpful, I went in and not even 15 minutes later I was walking out with a completed transaction, delivery was a breeze. He and his partner made the installation and did not leave until they made sure everything worked properly with my approval with satisfaction. The experience was effortlessly easy. Thank you!

Douglas is the sales person I dealt with who I absolutely love. He communicates excellent through text and phone calls. Doug scored me a GE profile induction oven and created a package for me with a dishwasher and a GE side-by-side Refrigerator which are brand new. Douglas and his manager Jalop were very understanding of my situation where I had construction happening in my kitchen so he held everything in the back room for us. The delivery guys were great. The set up crew guys were great. Just had a very good experience all in all really recommend.
