Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.
• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.
• Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Warranty

We offer a 3-year product warranty and a 5-year compressor warranty for select appliances.

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• It does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors (e.g., power surges).

Limitation of Liability
